The scope of the company’s R&D department, is to develop and promote green competence, focusing on the creation and implementation of innovative solutions to support sustainable development, environmental protection and ecological transformation.

- Developing e-learning platforms and mobile apps that facilitate learning and green skills development among employees in different sectors of the economy.
- Integrating artificial intelligence and data analytics into learning tools to monitor users' progress and tailor learning content to their needs.

Development of training programmes
- Creating courses and training that teach skills related to environmental protection, sustainability, energy efficiency and natural resource management.
- Developing training modules for different sectors of the economy (e.g. construction, energy, transport) in order to prepare employees to work in new, green conditions.

Promotion and education of environmental awareness
- Develop educational campaigns and tools to support environmental awareness in society, with a particular focus on young people and employees in the public and private sectors.
- Create collaborative programmes with universities, schools and NGOs to support environmental education and green skills development.
